Coaching is a popular term these days.  But what is it?

Simply, a good coach should provide you with the tools to achieve what you want to as quickly as possible. This need not necessarily involve firewalking or parachuting.  Although, if that would help, let's talk!  I'm sure we can arrange something.

I have been coaching now for 20 years, even before the term coach existed.  I have been trained for five of those 20 years. To be brutally honest, I would much prefer the term "achievement specialist" than coach.
