About Us

Brett Owen tries not to take himself too seriously, and really enjoys being a coach. He is aware of how precious life is. He also believes that life should be fun. Born with cerebral palsy, he has spent his lifetime learning how to optimise every situation, and motivating and encouraging other people to do the same. He has completed the Intensive Coach Training with Results Life Coaching (1) in order to formalise his already extensive coaching skills. He also holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment & Training, a Diploma in Audio Engineering, and a Certificate in Superannuation Management through ASFA (2). Brett's passion through the creation of Integrity Life Management is to help people build strong, rewarding lives that not only fulfil but exceed their expectations.

Ellen Owen has over 14 years' experience as a trainer and learning specialist in the legal industry, including several years as Training and Learning & Development Manager with a national law firm. During this time she has developed expertise in helping adults to understand and make the most of their personal learning, both on and off the job. She has developed and delivered many courses in disciplines ranging from various computer software packages, to grammar and writing, to enhanced communication, and provided one-on-one and group and team coaching in the professional development and image contexts. She has also worked as a casual lecturer in the Faculty of Education at the University of Technology, Sydney. She holds a number of fashion certificates from TAFE, a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment & Training, a Bachelor of Education in Adult Education, a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics, is accredited to use the Myers Briggs Type Indicator®, and is a certified Image Consultant through TAIC (3). A glutton for punishment, she is now undertaking a PhD with the University of Sydney in educational psychology. Her passion is to see people maximise their learning potential, present themselves authentically and in the best possible light, and identify and make the most of their talents.

Brett and Ellen have been married since 1998. They have run numerous groups through their local church including ALPHA and The Marriage Course (4). They share a common goal of seeing people grow to their full potential and achieve personal fulfilment, and believe that personal confidence is a pivotal ingredient. Their goal is to help you achieve this.
